Can't initialize Remote Support Software Manager

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to do a new installation of HP SIM 5.3 and RSP.
The Installation went fine, SIM is working.
When I run the initialization wizard for the Remote Support Software Manager it connects to HP, starts processing services and then tries to install the CM_GL_TESTPACKAGE_WIN package and fails.

At the end of the RSSWM_INSTALL.LOG I see the following entry:

"Radskman rc:[520] [Application cannot be installed because drive/filesystem cannot be accessed.]"

The Same error appears in CM_GL_TESTPACKAGE_WIN_install.log:

...
"START DATA DOWNLOAD
Error getting free space in [\\INSTALLERS\TESTPACKAGE\] requires [3672] bytes to install the application
Could not delete object [ZTRANSRS] because (No error) (v185)
Error getting free space in [\\INSTALLERS\TESTPACKAGE\] requires [3672] bytes to install the application
END DATA DOWNLOAD RC[520]"
...
"RADCONCT [Application cannot be installed because drive/filesystem cannot be accessed.]"
...

Is there anyone who can help ?
