Customer not in CEUI
Dear all,
Does anybody know why it is not possible to for a windows server to be seen in the "Configuration Explorer - Instant Support Enterprise Edition" although the ISEE installation has been successfully completed?
Regards
Panos Palyvos

Re: Customer not in CEUI
For Collection to show up on CEUI, you must make sure Collection was setup. If it's Standard configuration, Collection is setup on the client, if this is Advanced configuration, collection is setup on the SPOP.
For Standard config: See Scheduling System Configuration Collections for
Standard Configuration Clients, this is in the Installation Guide.
For Advanced Config: refer to the SPOP Guides.
Hope this help,
