SolutionCall Home and IRS (Insight Remote Support) are both remote support features provided by HPE. Call Home is a feature that, when enabled, provides predictive remote support and cloud analytics for the storage system. It sends encrypted telemetry data files to HPE. This data is used to predict and prevent issues, and to provide insights for system optimization. On the other hand, IRS is a comprehensive remote support solution that monitors your HPE devices and proactively notifies you of hardware or software issues. It also automatically logs support cases on behalf of your organization and initiates parts dispatches or engineer assignments as needed.
