Error at installing ISEE on a win2000 Netserver

I got the following error when installing ISEE: Error 1628:failed to complete installation. Is somebody familiar with this error?

Hello,
this single error message does not tell much about the reason for the failure. In the C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\ISEE\MotiveChorus\log\mad.log you should find a lot more errors. As Windows by default logs with a loglevel of 5 the connection should be reported in detail.
