error trying to install webes on CV server

Prior to installing WCCProxy made sure there was no wccproxy instance in add/remove programs, but still received the following error.

Any guidance to obtain a tool which can remove older versions from systems not shown in add/remove programs, or any documentation on how to fix this error will be highly appreciated.

Did you test the webes cleanup program?
