How does one get CentOS (Red Hat variant) servers working with IRSA?

I have a Customer with C-class Blades running CentOS 5.5 and SNMP IMA 8.7.0 (similar to Red Hat 5.5 and its agents) but they do not appear in the RS eligible list. Only the SIM server running Windows does plus the enclosure hardware.

 

How does one get CentOS (Red Hat variant) servers working with IRSA?
