HP Remote Support Software Manager failures

I have 3 instances of this software 1 of them is functioning correctly. The other is failing.
Error: The command was written to ...directory but not processed in 120000 seconds.

The interface seems to lock up with a half drawn gui at that point.

Install is from HP SIM 5.1 plus prior updates.
