Insight Control Environment/Server Migration Pack licencing

I downloaded an evaluation license for ICE 2.35 but I still cannot get Server Migration Pack to work (I understand that the SMP licenses are included in ICE). When I start the migration process, SMP prompts me to enter a license key and the ICE license key does not work.

 

Any help would be much appreciated thanks
