Installation completed but no access

I've installed IRS 7.08 , the install completed successfully .

Then I tried to open the console with https://localhsot:7906

But it fails , I checked and there's no process listening on port 7906 , look like something is missing

Hard to troubleshoot over the this medium.  Did you try to redo the install?  If you have, then it's time to raise a call with HPE Support.

Hi,

did you check the two IRS Services, hope they are running? Try restarting these two services and try login to IRS Console.

Yuo can check the IRS logs for any PostGres DB issues or other issues.

Main Log file location for 7.x (includes installation logs as well as server discovery logs.):

C:\ProgramData\HP\RS\LOG (this is a hidden directory)

Key log file hprs-YYYY-MM-DD.0

 

Connectivity transmission files:

C:\ProgramData\HP\RS\DATA\INTEGRATION\adapters\HpAdapter\sessions 

Stop/Start IRS Services

net stop hprsmain

net start hprsmain

Yes Indis try to reinstall it but got the same result
However I solved updating the installation I had , that I wish to move

I didnā€™t look at it he logs , I solved updating the installation I had even if I did want to move it into another server
