Installing HP IRS

Hello,

 

We currently have HP SIM installed and configured. Managing several servers. We are in the process of setting up HP IRS Advanced. My question is if the process of setting up HP IRS would cause a conflict on HP sim. By conflict I mean HP SIM would momentarily stop monitoring HP servers? Or that HP SIM services would need to be stopped?

 

Please Help.

Hi Alfredo! The installation of IRSA does at somepoint stop the SIM services, but I would estimate that they are only unavailable for about 30-45 minutes.
