IRS 7.0.8 Server Basic Configuration Collection Problem

Hello

 

i find many Server Basic Configuration Collection in new state, after 3 days no change in state, seems thats collection and schedule is hung.

 

there is a way to reset the submit schedule and reset the collection in new state?

 

Any help would be great
