ISEE logging multiple duplicate incidents
1.Why is ISEE logging multiple duplicate incidents for the same event from the same system? Does WEBES repeatedly scan the same binary error log file on Tru64 and report on erroneous events to ISEE, is there no checkpoint for events already processed? Manually clearing the logs can be a solution, but one that is impractical to my mind - please advise.
2.What is the definitive procedure to get an ISEE incident closed via email?
