Missing System in Remote Support Configuration and Services

We have a system that is running HP-UX that is missing from our server list in the Remote Support Configuration and Services list. We want to run Advanced Collection, Availability Collection, and Performance Collection on this host.

Would anyone know how to get this system in this list so we can run these collections and poll them?
