No Data in CEUI
Dear All
The problem:
we install ISEE on windows servers without issues, from iseestart we can see that the initial events are exchanged and everything looks ok.
However when you log in to https://isee-configuration.br.itc.hp.com/index.html you still can not see any data for the servers?
What are we missing?
Thank you in advance for your support.
Regards

Re: No Data in CEUI
hello,
to see the system in the CEUI you need to setup the maps. Did you do this?
Regards
Frauke

Re: No Data in CEUI
Of course we have done this.
However even without map we should have seen the server entry + availability info, which is the case for some servers without map.

Re: No Data in CEUI
Hi,
If this is Standard Configuration, make sure you have setup collections, you can find out by: crontab -l, there should be a cron job for SysInfoRunMap, it should run once/week.
For Runner collections, make sure java -Dru.... is running (ps -ef | grep java).
If this is Advanced Configuration, make sure the collection is setup on the SPOP under Scheduler, once again, this should be set to run once/week.
Hope this helps,
