Problem with Insight Remote (HPRSMAIN error id.500, Postgresql)
My new installation of HP Insight Remote Support 7.4 don’t work.
On startup the HPRSMAIN service is stopped due to an error with id. 500 in the event viewer (Problem found while checking process-POSTGRESQL ...).
Any help with this problem?

I have the same problem... but Upgrade from 7.2.0

Please call 1-800-633-3600 and for your shortcut say Insight Remote Support and you should be redirected to the appropriate queue.

Please also note. In the document, "Insight Remote Support Release Notes"
There is a section: (around page 96)
HPRSMain service fails to start after upgrade
After Insight RS has been upgraded successfully, after the next reboot the HPRSMain service fails to
start. The upgrade process may request the reboot or HPRSMain can fail to start after the first reboot after
an upgrade.
Suggested action
read this document in this section for suggested recovery steps. ( I am not allowed to copy
the entire document to this forum)
