Problem with isee and osem

I have problem that ISEE try connect to client server and failed. why i don't know.
Why ISEE try to connect to client ?
I have server with ISEE and OSEM installation.
Trap from client arrive to OSEM but not to ISEE.

Could you check in the ISEE client properties, that the client targets to isee.europe.hp.com (EMEA backend) or to the SPOP, if installed in your environment?
To be found in the ISEE client's "configuration options" - "system" --> Server Name
