RAP client installtion problem

Hi,
We have problem installing RAPClient.
Description:
After executing the file RAPClient540.msi I get this message:

This advertised application will not be installed because it might be unsafe. Contact you administrator to change the installation user interface option of the package to basic.

Then I pressed OK and get another message:

Installation Incomplete
The installer was interrupted before HP ISEE RAP Client could be installed. You nedd to restart the installer to try again.
Click "close" to exit.

Has anybody faced this problem or knows the issue?

Sorry,
I have never heard or seen the above error. Try to download the .msi file, then run the install locally.

Don't know what it is.
Might it be you don't have the correct digital cerificate? Should be a class A. Just guessing..
