Registering Dell servers under contract

I am having some issues getting my Dell servers to register properly.  Here is what I have done so far:

- Discovered all Dell machines that are eligible for HP support

- Dumped all information to CSV

- Edited CSV with SAID + Customer Delivery ID and SAID #

- Imported CSV - all data looks good.  Each Dell machine has the SAID # and delivery ID

95% of the machines simply say "Ready for registration".  I can't get them to check in with HP since they will not register.  Strangely enough, machines that were auto-discovered (through a trap/notification) were able to entitle themselves somehow..  but for the rest, nothing happens.

Any ideas?  How do i force register the machines?
