Remote Support Collections
IRS standard installed .. wishing to check the Configuration collector ... guide says to run the following exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\svctools\common\ca\html\installwizard\InstallationAdvisor
when running get the following
UNABLE TO FIND DEVICES
no devices appear to be configured .. (screenshot attached)
further info
EVA is discovered in IRS and WEBES .. and serial / product numbers entered...
ISEE notificaitons delivered to HP too

i encountered a similar issue, if not the same. Currently i have no solution but i will further investigate the issue and keep this thread updated.

Are you running Insight Remote Support Standard or Advanced?
Is your CommandView EVA on the same Server as IRS?
If you go into the WEBES GUI https://IRS_server_name:7906 do you see the EVA Storage?
