RSCC problems
Hello,
I have got problems with collecting EVA log under RSC 5.4. At firs look I had no problems to install RSC 5.4 and all its commponents. There were also no problems with regitering RSC, discaverig EVA, Checking worrenty and entitlement but I cannot generate EVA collection report because I have no entries for CV login data (Storage servces tab under Remote Support Configuration and Services). It looks that I have a problem with RSCC.
In Unified Collector folder I have got a log named Sim IntegrationFailed with info: mxcollection cannot emit XML while DTFLANG is not set.
I will aprporiate your help.
More detail about my installation:
CMS server - W2K8 Sp1 standard (32bit) with installed:
-Insight Control Suite 3.1 (HP SIM 5.30 sp1 wit additional patches)
-RSC 5.40
-CV 9.2
