SAN Config Data : SES Error

Hi,

 

IRSA5.8, SAN Configuration collections are routed to HP backend successfully(AMC) but not forwarded to SAN Environment Notifier.


AMC shows  state code as "error" with 'Use Storage Environment System logs' for further information.
What logs to collect to analyze and how to fix this issue?

 

Is it related to IRSA/Storage issue?
