SIm and RSP server services

Hello.

i have two problems:
1- i have confihured many servers with CS contract and also p24 contract but i can only see 6 in server services , all servers are discovered and entitled, enabled,also the advanced configuration is succssfuly completed, have an idea about that?

2- the test events are sent , i can see them in SEA with the ID, but not under real time monitoring or under problem reports,
