WEBES v5.4 - Error Code: E2E
my customer installed the webes v5.4 and receives the message below to each 8h.
Version: 1.0
Error Code: E2E
Description: Webes HeartBeat test failed to log event. Webes may not be in running state.
I try the workaround:
DOS>net stop desta_service
DOS>net stop wccproxy
DOS>net start wccproxy
DOS>net start desta_service
Doesn't work...
is anybody known this problem this solved in the webes v 5.5?
Many thanks in advance.

Re: WEBES v5.4 - Error Code: E2E
My version is 5.4 and the article version is 5.1 and 5.2.
In v 5.4 this problem should already be resolved.

Re: WEBES v5.4 - Error Code: E2E
5.5 just got released, there's no mention of exactly what it fixes in the release notes but you might give it a try.
Good luck

DESTA WHC OFF
but this will disable the webes internal healthcheck completely.

Re: WEBES v5.4 - Error Code: E2E
E2Es will occur unless log notification is enabled. Log notification can be enabled from either the SEA Web User Interface or else from the command line using the command "wsea log prob on".

Sebastian
