What model of the server (rx) has the maximum memory capacity as 128 GB.Please advice

Quiz question???
Must be an older model, because entry level can have up to 192GB, mid range up to 256 or 512GB, high end up to 2TB.
Answer is rx7620 - without any joker ;-)
