boot problem in Rx3600

We have Rx3600 running vms8.3.The system has booting problem and it automatically shutdown after some time and there is no display on console.We can only work on mp log in.Have viewd the log file and its view is like under the attachment.Can some help what is the reason.we have changed the core i/o board and I/O bakplane assy.But problem still there.any suggestion

The problem maybe with the I/O VRM.
