Re: efi issue
I do not see .. any file systems here..
looks like the partition is having some problem..
Even I had a similar Issue: But Do not Panic.. I have learnt a lot from this forum.. I will try to give some quick troubleshooting which I did/was give and helped me to resolve this...
After all this also if this solution does not solve ur issue... and it is a fresh install or creation of the partition... Try a fresh Install again.. I ment start all Over again...
try thee following and then check:--
1. After server restart using EFI enter in "boot option maintenance menu"
2. select "add boot option"
3. select partition written like "IA64 EFI [Acpi(HWP0002,100)/Pci(1|0)/Scsi(Pun0,Lun0)....]
4. message like "select file or change directory" will appear
5. using narrow keys select directory and enter inside
6. there you'll see file called HPUX.efi - select it and hit Enter. Maybe i'm wrong on the location, but using the menu's try to find HPUX.efi
7. you'll be asked for confirmation to save the new option to NVRAM - accept it
than navigate to the starting EFI menu where boot devices are listed and there will be option HPUX or similar - just hit enter on it.
Just to save ur time I have done a copy and paste of it from the below:-
http://forums13.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=1219204&admit=109447627+1227589710317+28353475
I am not able to find my own thread.. which would be an excellent example to u... I will try to find and post it here..

Re: efi issue
You are no seeing any disks.
Make shore if they are scsi disks that they are connected.
If they are SAN disks, you should check out if you have link on the HBA.
you can launch the reconnect command, just in case is not installing the drivers for your hbas.
