Active Memory : 49152 MB
Installed Memory : 49152 MB
This is from manifest:
System Hardware

Re: EFI shell shows more memory than the Manifest command
well i got this.
49152/1024=48
49120/1024=47.96875
EFI would show sum up of all the modules.
And I suppose(not sure) menifest is taking 32MB which is not becing calculated.
Thats smthing I never noticed :)

Re: EFI shell shows more memory than the Manifest command
extensible firmware interface (EFI) The Intel® developed firmware environment on Itanium-based systems that acts as an interface between operating systems and platform firmware. The interface consists of platform related information, as well as boot and runtime service calls. The PA-RISC equivalent is the boot console handler (BCH).
print_manifest An Ignite-UX command that displays a manifest of the system it is run on. It can either display the original manifest, or gather information about the current system when it runs. See print_manifest(1M).

Re: EFI shell shows more memory than the Manifest command
Dear,
EFI shell shows the installed physical memory size, but manifest (OS command) memory by some some MB less,
you can check with cstm , it will show the actuall memory installed.
pls check.
