ILO2 differences on Integrity and Proliant servers

Hello, could someone provide a link or a list of the differences between Integrated Lights Out 2 (ILO2) on an Integrity and Proliant server?

Also, does HP System Insight Manager (SIM) interface with ILO2?

I'd really appreciate any feedback from the wizards out there.
