i have one rx4640 when the turn on in the log i see this warning : boot_rfu_xsum_error
please help.

Where you see the warning event? MP system event log or console?

If in MP system event log, could you provide the hex key of the event log?

Did you do a firmware update recently? The message seems to imply the checksum is bad.
