RX4640 server problem

I have a RX4640 server that is giving me a very hard time. It boots up to the boot/main menu fine. No matter what I try to do, boot to the EFI, boot to LAN, add a boot path, etc. I get the following output every time and then it reboots, as you can see from the output below. Anyone ever seen this before?
