rx7620 mp battery fail issue

Hi,

We had replaced a system backplane on Monday ,we received a MP battery fail message on the very next day.

Today on 12-Aug-2004 we replaced the MP battery but still the battery is showing low.The server is working properly but the mp is showing as faulty.

Does anyone have a solution for the same.??

Hi,

Sunil, i haven't work on the same box but where as report attached by stated "" Battery state is LOW"" so mostprobabely the battery is faulty or it's taking it's time to charge it.

Its been 5 days since the battery was replaced still it shows battery low
