Team (installed inactive)

Hi.

I have one server rx2620 with two networks adapter. These adapters are in team of network cards.

The network adapter "A" present problems. it is connected and it disconnected intermittently. Reviewing the aid the following message is observed:

"INSTALLED INACTIVE. Adapter is installed and is operating properly, but is not active. Applies for teamed fault tolerant adapters only"

It seems that the team is configured for NFT. The messages shows that The adapter A is not active as it might have been configured as active standby.
There might be intermittent failback occurance happening.
Can you tell how the team is configured?
Which version of Network configuration utility is being used?
Which version of Network adapter drives are installed?
