Unable to access EFI shell

I have a problem with a new rx4640. I am trying to ignite the server or load it from DVD. When I select the EFI Shell from the boot manager menu it starts out like its working, but I end up right back at the boot manager menu. Same thing if I try to boot from DVD.

1. Can you check MP FPL to see what events were logged after you reproduce your problem?
TEXT format output is better.

2. Can you capture the screen shot on the EFI launch failure? I want to know if you see the messages below.

System had a PCI card problem. Replaced bad FC card and it boots fine.
