Unit CD-ROM no present

I need install oracle binary from unit CD-ROM, but the output from command ioscan -fnkC disk not show hardware path and special files, verify the connection i it seen OK, the target PCI Core I/O board with VGA, the part number is AB463-60003 this can be by bug of firmware?

If I assume you have a rx3600 server running 11.31, the CD-ROM will look like this:
