Very often I get

when using a hyperlink on a website.

What's the problem?

Tom,

Couple of ideas that certainly won't hurt anything to try and will probably fix it.

Clear IE History and Temporary internet files.

Using Add/Remove Programs, uninstall any existing versions of Java you have, reboot, then go to www.java.com and download the current version.
