Internet Explorer 9

I want to delete Internet Explorer 9 from my PC, and go back to my previous addition, which I believe was Internet Explorer 7.  Can someone tell me how to do this?  When I go into Uninstall Programs, Internet Explorer is not an option.  Please bear with me, as I am quite illiterate when it comes to computers.
