Transfer Aborted Tone
I have a switchboard operator using a headset connected to a 3102 business phone. As of today, when she aborts a transfer it plays the transfer aborted tone out loud over the speaker. This typically is just played over the headset. I have rebooted the phone with no luck, and have not found any thing in NetSet that indicates a feature similar to this. Has anyone else experienced this or have familiarity with what might be causing this?
