IMC Backups

Hello. I am having trouble with my VCX backups using the IMC software with the VSM add in.  When the backups try to run I am getting the following error. "The device does not support the features" with a suggestion of "Check that the iCC supports the hardware and software in the device compatibility matrix".  I have upgraded all of the imc components to v3.3 and the VSM is on v3.5.  Our VCX servers are currently running v9.0.17. Can anyone spot a problem or does anyone know of a fix for this?

Please open up a case and someone will be more than glad to work with you . At this time we do not know why that is occurring .....
