URL FILTERING

the problem is with the OfficeConnect ADSL Wireless 11g Firewall Router model



it is hanging when i adding an URL filtering in the firewall menu although we upgrade for the last official firmware version from the site



please reply me as soon as possible because it is a serious problem and extremely affect my work

sadly its been my experience that 3com does not monitor or respond on

these forums. Really disappointing customer service for the little guy. it

seems 3com only will pay attention to you if your a paying service

contract customer with a large IT infrastructure, you will find no love

here.





i think what is sad most of all, is 3com was a small start up out of the

basement of Xerox back in the day and made its reputation, on reliable

product and attention to the customer....yes the little one.
