VLAN segregated

Hi all,

 is it possible to implement a configuration for what in the file attached? VLAN 10 and VLAN 20 must be segregated but I would like to use the same connection for loop.

Yes, but you shouldn't put a loop on your network, you should configure both connections as a Trunk.
