Cannot Register Exam When Redirect Certmetrics

Hi everyone !

I am unable to register for an exam. I can successfully log in to the HPE Learning portal, but when I try to register for the exam, the process fails during the redirect to CertMetrics.

I receive the following notification: "Invalid ClientAlias and/or Account credentials (SSO Error)"

Has anyone experienced this issue before? How can I resolve this problem?
