Reg: Lost HP Certification

Hi

 
This is Lakshmi Narayanan S,I had passed the HP QTP and HP QC exam on 26th march 2011.but I lost my certificates.the only proof with me is my mark sheet provided by the center.Is it possible for me to get the certificate?.Please find attached document for my mark sheet.
