Retrieving certificate

Hi,

I need to retrieve my HPE certificate for an Android course I took in 2016. This is my reg ID 1269-EDTJUH and enrolment ID: HPER-4484.  I am struggling with getting a HPE learner ID, tending to get overwhelming. I have lost my physical copy recently so in desperate need of a digital copy of the certificate. Please reply ASAP.

If you have already attended one of our cources, you should already have a learner ID. if you cannot find it, please follow the steps: 

• Go to My Learning (login required) https://www.mylearninghpe.com/. Once logged you will be able to see your ID on the homepage, under your name
• If you don't manage to go to My Learning, you can complete this form https://www.mylearninghpe.com/forms/idLookup.aspx 
• Last possibility is for you to reach out to our Support team https://certification-learning.hpe.com/tr/support

Regarding the e-certificate you need and can print: 

• Go to My Learning (login required) https://www.mylearninghpe.com/ and check if you can download an e-certificate using the Profile, Achievements and Benefits tab available from the top menu.
• If you don't find it, please contact our support team at https://certification-learning.hpe.com/tr/support.

I don't guarantee they will be able to help as this certification is old but still you might want to ask.
