Hello,

I need to access HPE Partner Readiness [2024] training series but this message appears: 

SAML Error: The requested user with email = xxxxx was not found for organization ID 4495, or is marked inactive in the LMS. Trace ID 859-x5q-8kv

How can I workarround this?

The link is correct but it looks like your credentials are not working. Please reach out to your HPE regional support team, details are below

Asia Pacific & Japan: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (SGT)

Europe, Middle East & Africa: 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CET)

Latin America: 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. (CST)

North America: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m (CST)
