Where is my learning id?

Last week , i tried registering for HP Learner ID and i did received email saying that HP Learner id will get generated in 3 business days. 

please need help in getting HP Learner id.

Details used creating HP Learner ID:

Name : Aurora

Last name: Tomassetti

Email id: Personal info removed

Kindly let me know why the HP Learner id is not generated. Due to this, not able to take up any HP certification.
