E800 will not enter setup

I have a used E800. It comes up (no disk installed yet), but will not enter setup or boot the navigator CD. Will enter SCSI adapter bios. I have tried to reset the config and the password without any effect.

Any ideas? Any suggestions of things to try?

Turns out it is an E60, and when I put different memory in, it worked. Someone put an E800 front on an E60. Does not like E800 memory.
