what is exacly your problem? you cannot create the ecu or you cannot boot whit it on your server?
ttry to clean the floppy drive, because lots of time problem is related to it.

SolutionYou need to download the corect exe for the BIOS, run this file - a program will start in a DOS window, prompting for a diskette. Create the disk and use it to boot from the NetServer.

However, I don't know what to do once I am in the utility in order to get rid of the NVRam bad error message.

if you have started ECU, go in "view, edit detail",
look at your config, if all is ok, exit to first menu and do "exit and save"
this will recalculate your checksum and solve the bad config.
