Factsheet re: Server vs. Workstation

At times I will have new customers question the need to purchase an actual Server rather than use a Clone PC to run the Server OS. I find that the verbal explanations lack 'Zing' and wish to find some sort of 'Fact Sheet' about the design enhancements and features of server hardware.

Does anyone have a link or two to throw my way?
