HELP!! Need Navigator CD (Netserver LH Pro)

Hi, I desperatly need to get hold of a replacement Navigator CD for my HP Netserver LH Pro -does anyone know where I can download it?

you can't on hp web !
the best way is to call the hp call center to find a issue with them.

Why is the Navigator CD needed? Most of the LH Pro software & utilities are located on the HP web site and do not require the Navigator CD. For the LH Pro the web page is:

While you can get all the software off the web site, like the BIOS upgrade and ECU program, you will need the CD if there are any special boards on board. I had problems when resetting the BIOS and then had a remote management board. I needed the CD the first time I re-configured and then after that did not. I do have an image of the LH and LD pro cd. I don't know if it propriatary or not.

The BIOS setup can be accessed by creating a boot floppy for the ECU program, which is the BIOS setup program for the LH Pro and other older Netservers. This download (to create the disk) is available on the HP web site.
I assume by boards you are referring to the CFG files needed? These are also available. HP has over 300. You can request the cfg files by emailing HP Netserver support at:
NetSrvTech_Support@hp.com

My main purpose here is to demonstrate when a Navigator CD is not really required so that this does not stop you from installing an OS or other task on the HP Servers.
