How to boot from CD ? - Netserver LP Pro

Hi!
I have a netserver LP pro, i used ECU to access into cmos of this, but I don't know how to set boot from CD.
I want to setup win2000 advance server on this.
What must I do to boot from CD and setup win2000 ?

You probably want to setup Netserver LD Pro??
If so here some issues:
First you need ECU Floppy to configure your Server
From Main Menu
go to
-> Configure computer
-> Run configuration utility
-> Press Enter
-> use Step 3: View or edit details
-> use
SCSI - Device Configuration for Embedded SCSI
Wide SCSI Channel Configuration
SCSI Channel Interface Wide Channel, Single-Ended SCSI

-> BIOS configuration Press to configure Device configuration Press to configure

-> Support for Bootable CD-ROM set it to enable

W2k is offical not supported on this Server. I will prefer to start installation using w2k floppys and stoped automatic HW recognisation

If it in fact an LD Pro and not an LP Pro, you will be able to setup and run win2000 Advanced Server. I have successfully done this. Here are the problems I have run into.
Configuration:
LDPro, Single 200
3 4.2gb drives, non-raid using internal scsi.

The only problem I have had is the on-board VGA configures as a Trident 9320/9440/9470 VL/ISA and then will not start causing VgaSave to load and then conflict. You will get VGA 16 color and 800x600. If I install a different video card in another PCI slot then the IRQ for the on-board scsi gets in the way. I have resolved myself to using 800x600 unless I can find a newer driver.

Other than the video, everything else works find.

Re: How to boot from CD ? - Netserver LP Pro

Hi!
I think my computer has some problems,
I already make bootable from CD, but it can't boot into cdrom.
if I boot it by win98's startup disk and I
select first option: "...with cd support..."
my computer will have 3 drivers:
c: my hd
d: ram disk
e: network driver ?, and I can't access on this
Please tell me, what can I do now ?
Thank for your helps
